I’m Kaitlyn (she/her) - a deep and innovative thinker, wide-open mindset researcher, and kind & empathetic listener - welcome to my virtual home. If you are working and/or struggling through a season where all the conventional answers just aren’t cutting it, or have been trying to make a space fit and it feels impossible - I’ve been there. Working with me means being seen, noticed, and held in a regard that isn’t earned, but freely given. For your uniqueness to be recognized, made the point, and celebrated. To seek the sacred in what may have been unseen, unloved or unwanted in your past. To challenge the logic and codes that seem so healthy except for the feelings of shame and inadequacy they inevitably make you feel, even after all your attempts to live up to them, appease them, or silence them. To sit deeply with the truths of who you are and how you show up in the world, and to practice new forms of acceptance and love for yourself. If any of this sounds like something you’d like to try, please consider setting up a fully free first session, no strings, no pressure. I can’t wait to meet you.

Your first session with me is completely free - no strings, no pressure - with all the insight and energy I bring to ongoing sessions. Sign up for one at your earliest convenience.
Ongoing sessions are where we continue to think deeply about whatever is most on your mind. From traditional work/career topics to those that seem mostly personal, nothing is off the table - please come with your authentic self and the questions most pressing to you, we’ll think through them at a pace that honors where you are now. You can find more details about my wide and varying background, research interests and philosophies on the About page.
For first-person reviews of what working with me is like, see Testimonials. You’ll find open, honest insight on my style and recommendations of the mindsets others have found helpful to bring to our work together.
